Processing Time
- Most of our items are made on demand. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- If you have an urgent event, we can request our producers to expedite the process. High-quality cotton and linen products may require more complex and varied manufacturing processes. Rest assured, we maintain strict quality control and careful product packaging.
- Please note that, depending on availability, a small number of orders may still take 7-10 business days to process.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time. You will receive an additional notification when your order has been shipped.
COVID-19 Update
Please be aware that USPS and most postal services are working diligently to maintain service levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we have observed occasional domestic USPS postal service delays and more significant delays in international mail.

- Shipping time: Standard Shipping typically takes 8-15 business days for most locations within the United States. Priority Express usually takes 6-10 business days.

Please note that the shipping time commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
How to Check the Status of Your Order

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Address Changes and Updates
If you need to modify your shipping address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address. Any mistakes in the delivery address will be the sole responsibility of the customer, and surcharges for address changes may apply.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
